Smart Choice!

I was riding along with my dad just the other day, a little bit frustrated to be honest because he was complaining to me about his current cell phone and plan area

I guess the regular kind I is once his phone or he doesn’t want some sort of a big deal or any technical problems, just a reliable service that’s easy to use. I hate to disparage any company that I haven’t dealt with personally, but the current cell phone situation for my mother and father consists of a pair of trac phones that are ancient by the standards of even the least technically inclined people.

Because the phones are so old and the services much less reliable when it used to be, my parents and spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with customer service. Unfortunately, what this means is a series of outsourced Filipino workers who try very hard but just aren’t effective. Eventually, it will be necessary to be transferred to a number of additional lower-level workers with various levels of competence.

Switching To Jitterbug Phone Would Make Their Life So Much Easier!

I really wanted to tell my father that they could look forward to a much better experience if they would try out the jitterbug phone. But I’ve been down this road with him and he can be a little bit on the starboard side–that being said, so can I and I love my dad.

But I digress. What I wanted to do was explain to him that he could have the inverse experience with customer service by switching to this phone is really so well suited not only to seniors with anyone who wants an uncomplicated device that provides stellar reliability as well as customer service.

For example, if you find that you need help with your jitterbug phone, it is a but you can press that just connects you with an operator. Of course, this does use up some of your minutes but at least if you needed it it would be there. Actually, the operators will even place a phone call for you should you find yourself unable to simply be unwilling to.

I’d really like to see my parents not have to worry about whether their phones are going to work or not. They seemed a little bit more interested in switching when I told  them about the customer service experience they could be having.

I wasn’t real surprised because I’m amazed that nobody had thought of it before now but when I told him that dialing one of these phones is more like using their home phone that they’re so used to because before placing a call you actually hear a regular old dialtone.

That combined with the larger buttons and, to be honest, just a newer model phone would make a world of difference in my mother and father’s life.

Here’s the top features of the Jitterbug phone:

  • as I mentioned, it has a dial tone
  • it’s super simple to use and easy to set up
  • you won’t need to have your child or grandchild on speed dial to use it
  • the aforementioned operators who are courteous and helpful
  • it comes with a super loud speakerphone so you can go about your business well you talk you don’t have to sign a contract

you beTo me, that is a big selling point. I’m technically inclined and I really do enjoy technology but I don’t enjoy the bills that go along with them. I always find that I either purchase a plan that is woefully inadequate for my needs or I wind up with one but has way too many minutes etc.jitterbug phone Jitterbug Phone And Its Role In Preserving Your Sanity

I’d love to not have to sign a contract and be locked into not only the phone, which I might not even wind up liking, but also have to pay for something I’m not going to use to its full potential. Maybe I should just get one of these (and I’ll pick a couple up for my mom and dad too).

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked my parents to come check out this website to get the lowdown on getting at least a little bit of satisfaction from their cell phone and cell phone plan.

I’d like to see them with a newer, more reliable phone as well. Maybe the thing for me to do is just get the phone for them and call it a day. It would be nice to not have to worry whether their cell phone is going to work or not.

I’ll send an e-mail about this update to my website, but I’m not sure the letter actually get around to reading. They’ll probably be on their home phone with customer service.  If not, I must have been successful in convincing them to get the Jitterbug phone and are probably having a lot less headaches.
